After uncle’s arrest, President’s advisor Thapa went to CIB

President’s Political Adviser Sunil Thapa has reached the Central Bureau of Investigation (CIB) to meet Ajit Narayan Thapa, who was arrested in the case of grabbing 10 ropani of government land of the bamboo shoe industry.

President Ramchandra Poudel’s political adviser Thapa Bansbari has reached to meet his uncle Ajitnarayan Thapa, who was arrested in the case of land embezzlement of leather shoe factory.

The CIB has already arrested and produced businessmen Arun Chaudhary and Thapa in the case of embezzlement of government land in Bansbari.

Thapa was the executive head at that time when it was decided to transfer 10 ropani land of Bansbari leather shoe industry to a private company.

Ajith who owns Muga house in Dhankuta is Sunil’s uncle. Counselor Thapa, who had gone to meet his uncle, has just returned.

Although Thapa went to meet his uncle, the CIB said that the meeting was not possible as he had taken him to court.

In the case of land embezzlement, the police arrested one more person on Thursday afternoon. Sanjay Thakur, president of CG Chandbagh, was arrested.
